Do we really need a Chief Happiness Officer in our company today?

He smiles because a working contract tells him to. Must be fun and entertain himself and the rest of the crew. He rejoices because he knows that every flicker of contentment makes company’s profits climb. He can never show himself lunatic if a job does not go as it should. He really cannot, because “He is the manager of happiness”. In the morning he gets excited about going to work. And every day he stamps the card knowing that his task in the office is to strive to make everyone in the company feel they are making a difference, or being happy from 9am to 5pm. That is all that is needed by an employee to be happy at work, that is no need to pay a lot of money someone who is making abstract what shall be real!
