Seeking comfort gets in the way of learning.

Learning something new is energizing, it can also be very draining. It is uncomfortable as we are creatures of comfort. Learning something tests us, challenges us and open us up to mistakes and vulnerability.

In business, taking on something new is the lifeblood of progress. Without progress, you are going backward. Being successful in business requires being comfortable while being uncomfortable.

By succumbing to our brain’s little voice to seek comfort and safety and conserve energy, we don’t explore new areas, we don’t grow.

What’s new that we can we get into today?
